We want every customer to get real value from Mystique AI products. This page explains how refunds work.

Digital products: 30-Day Foundation Guarantee

We stand behind our digital products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you go through the build along with the product and you do not end up with a working result as described, we will refund your purchase in full.

To request a refund:

• Email hello@mystiqueai.co within 30 days of your purchase.
• Include the email address you used at checkout and a short note about what you completed and where you got stuck. This is not a hurdle — it helps us improve the product.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

After 30 days

Refund requests received more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund under the guarantee, but we will still review unique circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Email us and we will respond.

Consulting and custom engagements

Consulting engagements and custom build projects are governed by the payment, milestone, and termination terms in the relevant statement of work or engagement agreement. Those terms control over this page for those engagements.

Subscriptions and retainers

Recurring subscriptions and monthly retainers can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the next billing period. Already-paid periods are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in your agreement.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please email us first. We almost always resolve issues faster than a chargeback can be processed. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay your refund.
