These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mystique AI website at mystiqueai.co and any products or services we offer (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

The Services are provided by Shadow Realm LLC, doing business as Mystique AI (“Mystique AI,” “we,” “us”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of Delaware, United States, with a registered mailing address at 254 Chapman Rd, Ste 208 #11275, Newark, Delaware 19702.

What we offer

Mystique AI provides AI strategy, implementation, and enablement services for growing companies, along with digital products such as guides, templates, and educational materials.

Each product or engagement is described on its corresponding page or in a separate written agreement (such as a statement of work). If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.

Purchases and digital delivery

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• All products are digital and delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment.
• Access to digital products is granted shortly after a successful payment, typically within minutes, via the email address provided at checkout.
• Payments are processed by our payment partners, currently ClickFunnels and Payments AI. Your purchase is also subject to their applicable terms.

License and acceptable use

When you purchase a digital product, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use it for your own business and educational purposes.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share access to our digital products with anyone outside your immediate team without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or use our materials to build a directly competing product.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site.

Refunds

Our refund terms are described on our Refund Policy page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Intellectual property

All content on the site and within our digital products, including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, and the Mystique AI name and brand, is owned by Shadow Realm LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Disclaimers and no guarantees

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Our products and services are educational and advisory. Results vary based on your business, market, execution, and many factors outside our control. We make no guarantee that you will achieve any specific outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mystique AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Mystique AI harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that harms us, our customers, or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will survive.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
